Message	So simple, I never thought twice. ---People go into dealerships with a vin, no id & registration is asked for and a key is made. ---People go into dealerships with a vin, id & registration is asked for, but they still end up making the key. ---People call a dealership, have vin in hand, the requested key code is given, and off to a locksmith they go for a key. *6 out of 10 dealerships made keys without ID. Supposedly NJ is the only state which incorporated the "id and registration required" as a law* Be careful out there.
